Intellectual Property Notice
Rights to artwork (originals, commissioned paintings, fine art prints, etc.) created by Anna Miklashevich remain Anna’s sole property even after purchase. Purchasing original or otherwise artwork does not grant the right to convert it into an NFT, print and distribute it in any form, or reproduce it for any other purpose.
Reproduction of the artwork by any means without the artist’s express written permission is prohibited.
Responsibility
We do not assume responsibility for items once they are in collectors’ possession. Generally, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, replacements, or compensation for damage resulting from customers’ mishandling.
It is essential to thoroughly review the product description before making a purchase. We are not obligated to compensate customers who did not read and understand the information provided in the description before purchasing.
Shipping
We carefully pack and prepare artwork for shipment. Please allow up to 5 business days for your artwork to be shipped. We are committed to dispatching your orders as promptly as possible. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday).
Address Changes
If you need to change your address, please notify us via the contact form or email within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot change the address once the order has been dispatched from the studio. We are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Ensure you give the complete and correct mailing address at checkout. If you request a refund in this scenario, the shipping cost is non-refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
Duties and Taxes
The studio is located in Ljubljana, Slovenia (EU). We are not liable for import fees on purchased products. Any applicable taxes and duties are not included in the checkout total. The customs in the destination country determine them. The buyers are responsible for responding to customs notifications, including those provided via the tracking number, and providing all necessary information for customs clearance. The buyer must pay duties, value-added tax, or other charges if required.
If a customer refuses to pay duties and taxes, the product will be returned to us. Provided the product is in its original condition, we will refund the cost of the purchase minus shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
We are not responsible for refunding the shipping cost due to postal service delays or customs entry delays in the destination country.
Items are declared at purchase value for exporting, and documents will never be falsified at your request.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
If something needs to be fixed or your item is different from what was expected, we will do everything possible to make it right. We strive to provide color-accurate photos of the artwork, but please note that device calibrations can vary. If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend viewing the item on multiple devices (e.g., desktop, iPhone).

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your artwork. The artwork must be in its original condition, and the original packaging must be preserved. To initiate a return, contact us via the contact form. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions.
Please inspect your parcel upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged after contacting us via the contact form.
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, we will refund you using the original payment method. Please note that it may take time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Artworks made to order (custom orders) are not subject to return. The studio only covers shipping fees for returned items if the product is faulty. For faulty products, Anna Miklashevich Studio will pay the return shipment costs.
If you ordered the wrong artwork, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the original artwork and purchase the new piece separately after the return is accepted.
