Shopping Questions

Yes, we ship art globally. Typically, we use Slovenia Post for shipments, including tracking and insurance. Upon request, we can ship using priority delivery.

After purchase, your order confirmation and invoice are automatically emailed. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see them in your primary inbox. Additionally, a paper invoice is included in your package.

We welcome your requests; although we will do our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee changes at checkout, custom checkout, etc. If you have any questions, please contact us via our contact form.

Changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. Due to our packaging process, we cannot exchange artwork once an order is confirmed. Please choose your artwork carefully.

General Questions

Anna personally signs original artworks and limited edition prints. Open-edition prints feature a printed signature and are not hand-signed.

Original artworks and limited edition prints come with a certificate of authenticity. Open-edition prints do not include this.

Anna is not currently accepting custom art requests. Any changes to this will be announced on Instagram, our website, and to members of The Collector’s Newsletter.

We do not offer high-resolution printable files for sale or download.
