Early Portraits: Raw and Unfiltered Voice
The Early Portraits Collection (2018–2019) marks the very beginning of my journey into the world of expressive portraiture. After years of practicing painting and creating various academic and traditional portraits, these works marked the beginning of the collections I continue to develop today. They are close-up, bold faces with colors that are intentionally altered or unconventional, filled with vibrant tones and unusual color combinations.
These portraits are raw and unfiltered, like teenagers discovering their own voice—honest, bold, and full of life. Each face reflects a spark of discovery and a sincere search for meaning, laying the foundation for later works that explore feminism, resilience, and the power of women.
Many of these early portrait paintings have already been shown in numerous exhibitions, and most are now residing in new spaces. Those that remain are available to collectors in the Early Portraits Collection. This is a rare opportunity for an original art sale, offering a piece of my first collection — the first steps of a journey that continues to evolve.
With just over a dozen works remaining, this series invites you to experience the clarity, depth, and honesty of emerging artist portraits.
Explore the Early Portraits Collection now and bring home the beginning of a story that is still unfolding.
